We’ve had an amazing experience with B1 so far. Hayley and Cuan have been super helpful and so prompt with their responses. We enquired about one of their ads regarding a titled block and Hayley got back straight away and arranged a meeting on the same day. The next day we met and got 3 options of titled blocks to choose from which is very rare and super impressive and definitely gave us confident to build with B1.

We started our journey in February 2025 when meeting Clinton Mahony, a B1 New Homes Sales Consultant. We explored all our options but we had a specific area we wanted to build. Clinton got to work and within a couple of days found us the perfect lot for our forever home to be built on. Clinton made the whole process very easy and was very patient with me when I asked a hundred questions. Titles were issued 28/8, Settlement on 18/9, and B1 had the slab down on 30/9. Very impressed so far.

We’re just about to have the bricks laid on our first home with B1 Homes, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process so far! From the moment we met Daniel Sixel, we felt inspired and confident about creating our dream home, nothing was ever too much to ask. So far so good! Bryan from B1 has been ever accomodating, from the first phone call we knew we were in good hands. Bryan always insisted he would travel to us as we had a young child.
We had delays in titles but as soon as we had received them, it did not take long at all until our slab was poured and bricks delivered. We are yet to have any issues and believe it will stay this way.
